How to make braised bracken fish
It's braised fish that I really like as a side dish. I put a lot of radish in braised fish, and ripe kimchi and sweet potato stem ferns go well together. I made braised bracken fish because there were soaked bracken and mackerel.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Cut the bracken soaked in water into bite-sized pieces, remove the water, mix it with Joseon soy sauce, minced garlic, and sesame oil, and let it sit for a while, and stir-fry it until the sesame oil is strong.
STEP 2/4
Pour water into the stir-fried bracken, put the mackerel, and mix the rest of the seasoning ingredients together to cook.
STEP 3/4
I tasted the seasoning soup when I thought it was cooked, and I cut the onion into big pieces because it was a little salty.
STEP 4/4
Boil it to the point where there's a little bit of sauce left, and add a bit of sesame to finish it off.
1. If it seems a little salty while making braised fish, I sometimes add a lot of onions or green onions. 2. When you cook fish with bracken, soft white fish such as Byeong-eo and Lim Yeon-soo go well with it. 3. They also cook canned saury with bracken.
