Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Stir-fry green onions and garlic in perilla oil
On medium low heat..
STEP 2/5
Wash ripe kimchi in running water and squeeze the water out
I cut it
Put it in green onion oil and stir-fry it
STEP 3/5
Add cooking wine and shake it
I put in cooking wine and skip sugar
STEP 4/5
Add red pepper powder and stir-fry while mixing well
STEP 5/5
Wrap it up with a bit of perilla oil
