I missed the rice balls in front of my school that I bought every morning when I was in high school a long time ago, so I made them :)

Ingredients
Flying Fish Roe
1TS
seaweed flakes
instant rice
1.5bowl
Tuna
1can
lemon juice
1/2spoon
Sesame oil
1TS
Sugar
1TS
ground pepper
1/2spoon
Mayonnaise
1.5TS
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
If you don't like the fishy smell of flying fish eggs, add half a spoon of lemon juice. If you don't have it, you can skip it!
STEP 2/4
I'll take out all the oil in the tuna canMix well with nez and flying fish roe. I also added sugar and pepper, so please adjust it to your taste.
Mayonnaise and tuna cans have salt, so I didn't add salt separately.
STEP 3/4
Add sesame oil and ingredients to the cooled rice and mix well.
Make it into the shape you want!
I made a big bite size :)
STEP 4/4
Put seaweed flakes and rice balls together in a plastic bag and coat with seaweed flakes.
I purposely added sugar and pepper because I wanted to feel the stimulating taste, but you can adjust the seasoning according to your preference!

The rice was a bit sticky, so the rice balls didn't clump up well, but it became a really delicious lunch box! Thank you :)
