STEP 1/13
[Doenjang fried rice: Ingredients for 2 servings]
[Basic ingredients]
2 bowls of rice
1 can of tuna (150g)
1/2 green onion
1/2 onion
2 fried eggs
two tablespoons of water
[Ingredients for seasoning]
2 tablespoons of soybean paste
1/2 tablespoon oyster sauce
2 tablespoons of oligosaccharide
1 tablespoon of sesame oil
1 tablespoon of garlic powder
STEP 2/13
Chop 1/2 onion.
STEP 3/13
Cut 1/2 of the green onions in the middle first, slice them, and chop them as if they are minced.
STEP 4/13
Heat the pan hot over high heat and open a can of tuna and pour the oil into the pan. The oil in the can of tuna is cooking oil.
STEP 5/13
Add onions and green onions to oil, brown over high heat, and stir-fry deliciously (until onions are moderately transparent).
STEP 6/13
If the vegetables are well-fried, reduce the heat to the lowest and add 2 tablespoons of soybean paste.
STEP 7/13
Add 2 to 3 tablespoons of water to prevent soybean paste from burning, and stir-fry soybean paste and vegetables well over medium heat.
STEP 8/13
If the vegetables are stir-fried well in the soybean paste, push the stir-fried soybean paste vegetables to the edge of the pan so that it does not burn anymore, and put 2 bowls of rice in the middle of the pan. Turn the heat to low and add all the seasoning ingredients.
STEP 9/13
Add 1 can of tuna (150g).
STEP 10/13
Add 1/2 tablespoon of oyster sauce.
STEP 11/13
Add 2 tablespoons of oligosaccharide.
STEP 12/13
Add 1 tablespoon of garlic powder. (If you have minced garlic, add 1/2 tablespoon.)
Add 1 tablespoon of sesame oil.
STEP 13/13
[Jackson's side up]
It makes sunny side-up fried eggs that go well with fried rice.
Grease the pan moderately, heat it over low heat, then break the eggs and add.
When the egg whites begin to coagulate slightly, cover the lid and heat over low heat for 30 seconds, then turn off the heat completely and wait for the top whites to cook due to the convection inside the lid. If the temperature is weak, heat it for another 30 seconds and turn it off repeatedly! :)
It's easier to make ssamjang than doenjang. Ssamjang has more seasoning ingredients, so you can add less seasoning ingredients and make it delicious~! :)
