1] First, cut the cucumber and carrot in half lengthwise, and then cut them diagonally into 0.5cm thick pieces.

2] Wash the water parsley clean, drain it on the sieve, and cut it at intervals of 4cm.

3] I used a can of whelk easily. Serve on a sieve to drain. I'm going to leave a spoonful of soup and use it to make the sauce.

4] Add red pepper paste 1T, red pepper powder 2T, soy sauce 1T, vinegar 2T, sugar 1T, starch syrup 1T, whelk soup 1T, minced garlic 1/2T, cooking wine 1T, sesame 1t and mix them well to prepare the sauce. When you mix sesame oil later, add it at the end to make it taste better.

5] Boil noodles in boiling water for about 5 minutes and rinse in cold water.

6] Add various vegetables, whelks, and seasonings, mix them well, finish with sesame oil, and put plenty of noodles in a bowl to complete the delicious spicy sea snail salad.
The spicy sauce stimulates my appetite, and I really like the harmony with the crunchy vegetables. As expected, the combination with somyeon is the best! Enjoy your day! :)
