[Cancer prevention recipe] Salmon cutlets and blueberry sauce
I made salmon cutlets using salmon, broccoli, and blueberries, which are good for cancer prevention, and made blueberry sauce for dipping. Instead of flour, whole wheat flour was used, broccoli was chopped, mixed with frying powder, coated with frying powder, and baked in an air fryer without frying.
