Ingredients
  • Beef
    2X600g
  • Beef bulgogi seasoning
    1/2pack
  • Oyster sauce
    2TS
  • ground pepper
    1TS
  • Sesame oil
    2TS
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/10
What I used is beef snow island.
If the butcher says he's going to make beef jerky, he'll give it to me on his own, so you can use the part you like.

Soak it in cold water for about an hour to drain the blood. You can change the blood frequently and drain it.
Every 20 minutes..

After 1 hour, remove water from the water and place it on a strainer to remove water.

Mix the beef jerky seasoning in a bowl.
STEP 5/10
Put the drained meat in here and mix it well.
STEP 6/10
And put it in a bowl and put it in a wrap and leave it in the refrigerator for a day.

The next day, take out the meat and drain the remaining sauce on the sieve.

I'm going to put one sheet on the dryer.
Look at the size and cut it moderately while removing the fat or tendon.

Then, we set it at 70 degrees for 7 hours, but the drying time depends on the thickness of the meat, so you can dry it by changing it under the tray.
I dried it for about five hours.

It's ready-made beef jerky. You can cool it down and eat it in a plastic bag or container.
I've tried this and that a few times, and I think it's best to use this seasoning.. You just have to marinate it in the sauce and dry it in the dryer, so try making it
