Chinese Cold Noodles - My place is famous for Chinese Cold Noodl
Before the hot summer is over, I'd like to recommend you to try it I made Chinese cold noodles. It was my first time doing it recently. It's easy to make it at home if you have the ingredients.

  • Cabbage
  • Pyeonyuk of pork
  • Shrimp meat
  • a boiled egg

  • raw noodles

  • Sprite
    1.5TS
  • Vinegar
  • Mustard

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Prepare one cold noodle broth from the market
Please freeze thin ice in the freezer.
STEP 2/5
Please make the sauce.
Add 1 tablespoon of Zumajang and 1.5 tablespoon of Sprite
Mix it well.
