STEP 1/9
Soak 1 dried white wood ear mushroom in lukewarm water
STEP 2/9
For mixed pork meat (sirloin)
Prepare 200g and season
*I put the sauce in the galbi sauce the day before
STEP 3/9
Slice half carrot thinly and prepare chives that are the same length as carrots
STEP 4/9
Cut the bottom part of the soaking mushrooms little by little, tear them into bite-sized pieces, and prepare them
STEP 5/9
Put the seasoned pork in a pan, add 1/2 tablespoon of minced garlic, stir-fry 1 tablespoon of food
STEP 6/9
When the pork is half cooked, add the prepared white wood mushrooms/carrots and stir-fry while mixing
STEP 7/9
Add chives to the stir-fried place for 2 to 3 minutes and stir-fry for 1 minute
*Taste it and season it with salt or soy sauce if it's bland I didn't season the pork separately because the sauce is kind of strong
STEP 8/9
When it's done, turn off the gas stove and sprinkle sesame oil and sesame seeds and mix in remaining heat
STEP 9/9
It's a stir-fried white wood ear mushroom that's good for bone health, calcium absorption, and diet
Put soy sauce 2/sugar 1/minced garlic 1/2 and a little pepper powder 1 tablespoon of cooking wine in the pork sirloin instead of a commercial seasoning
You can season it
