I bought some beef bone soup, so I made kimchi stew with pork. The soup became a cool kimchi stew when it was boiling

  • Beef
    300ml
  • Kimchi
    200ml
  • Tofu
    1/4piece
  • crushed garlic

  • Cheongyang red pepper

Cooking Steps

Prepare the ingredients.

Prepare the beef bone soup sold in the market.
STEP 3/12
Cut kimchi into 3cm pieces.
STEP 4/12
Stir-fry pork and chopped kimchi in a pot.
STEP 5/12
Add minced garlic and stir-fry together.
STEP 6/12
When the pork is cooked, add beef bone soup.
STEP 7/12
Add kimchi soup.
STEP 8/12
Boil for about 10 minutes.

Cut tofu, cheongyang red pepper, and green onion.
STEP 10/12
Add Cheongyang red pepper and green onion.
STEP 11/12
Boil the chopped tofu in the stew for another 5 minutes.
STEP 12/12
If you put the sliced green onion on it, it's finished with beef bone kimchi stew.
*The soup is deep and cool because the beef bone soup is thick. *If you feel that the seasoning is a bit bland, you can season it with kimchi soup or fish sauce.
