STEP 1/5
Before making dried pollack roe stir-fry, stir-fry it slightly in the pan as there may be impurities in the pollack roe.
STEP 2/5
Place the stir-fried dried pollack on one side, slice the whole garlic, put the garlic over the oil, and stir-fry until cooked to make garlic oil.
STEP 3/5
Stir-fry dried pollack in well-fried garlic so that it mixes well, and then add it in the order of Mirim > Starch syrup > sugar.
STEP 4/5
The color is prettier because it's coated with starch syrup, right? I put in 2 spoons of starch syrup, 1 spoon of sugar, and I put in only half a spoon of soy sauce because it was salty.
STEP 5/5
Finish it off with sesame seeds.
The order of stir-frying doesn't matter, but you have to put in the mirin. It might be fishy if you eat it wrong, so I always put it in when I stir-fry it with dried fish.
