Boil chicken in boiling water for a while and wash it with cold water

It's bland but I didn't add it because it was spicy
You don't need to add water to make soup. You need to use chili powder to control the spiciness If you want more sweetness, add sugar (or honey, plum juice, or olago sugar) There are less bean sprouts compared to chicken, so if you like bean sprouts, add plenty of bean sprouts Vegetables decrease in quantity after boiling
