It's a fig that I've been familiar with since I was young, but... How can I make it easy for my picky kid to eat? It's a drink that I made after thinking about it. When figs are in season, it's hot, so I made it into a cool smoothie. Figures contain proteolytic enzymes, so they are good for constipation, diet, and cancer.

Ingredients
  • Fig

  • Low-fat milk
    200ml
  • Ice cream
    40g
  • cashew nut
    12~15piece
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
[How to buy figs] Buy ones with reddish brown skin and big pulp. You don't need to clean it, but if you have any contamination, wipe the outside gently with a wet rinse.
STEP 2/8
When washing slightly under running water, be careful not to let water in the broken part.
STEP 3/8
Freeze the milk in the freezer for 6 hours. (No need for ice separately) Prepare 40g of vanilla ice cream.

Heat the cashew nuts in the pan and stir-fry them slowly over low heat. When it turns a little brown, turn off the heat and spread it out on a wide plate to cool it down

Cut the fig in half and separate the pulp as if cutting the inside with a spoon.

Put all the ingredients in the blender and grind.

The cashew nuts should be ground completely and the concentration should be smooth.
STEP 8/8
Pour it into a cup and enjoy it.
When you make it a diet or cancer-prevention drink, put boiled chickpeas and white kidney beans instead of ice cream. ^^ Cashew nuts are good nuts for growing children.
