STEP 1/9
I'll prepare the ingredients for bulgogi. I'm going to marinate it with the meat. Chop the onions and prepare them.
STEP 2/9
Add various mushrooms. You can mobilize all the mushrooms at home. I used oyster mushrooms, enoki mushrooms, shiitake mushrooms, and mushroom.
STEP 3/9
Add Korean beef bulgogi and Korean beef production. You can cut the sanjeok and put it in, but they put the whole thing in to cut it when you grill it. Add pepper, oyster and brewed soy sauce, please.
STEP 4/9
Add cooking wine, minced garlic, green onions, plum juice, and honey. Cut the green onions into big pieces and put them in.
STEP 5/9
Mix it well and let it sleep. That way, the meat will be tender and the seasoning will be sufficiently seasoned.
STEP 6/9
I'm going to grill the Korean beef mushroom bulgogi that I marinated, but they put enoki mushrooms on top without marinating them.
STEP 7/9
I added extra bamboo shoots to eat more. Of course, it doesn't matter if you don't put it in. I like the texture of bamboo shoots, so I had frozen bamboo shoots, so I defrosted them and put them in.
STEP 8/9
The Korean beef was grilled while cutting it when grilling it. If you put it on a plate, you can also eat various mushrooms and crunchy bamboo shoots.
STEP 9/9
The yellow color of bamboo shoots makes it more delicious, so if you sprinkle sesame seeds and order them on a plate, you can complete mushroom bulgogi using Korean beef bulgogi and sanjeok.
