Cooking Steps

First, cook the egg whites in a pan. (Do not cook the yolk)

While frying eggs, prepare the mushrooms by tearing them apart, and stir-fry the fried mushrooms, a little bit of sesame oil, and a pinch of salt in one pan.

When I'm done preparing the ingredients

Put the heavy seasoning in the used pan and boil only one laver to make soy sauce.

When you're done preparing, put the rice flat, put mushrooms and eggs on it, and add soy sauce to your liking!
