STEP 1/10
Add pork and beef minced meat.
It's good to put it in a ratio of pork 2: beef 1. It's because there should be a lot of pork to give a softer texture.
STEP 2/10
Chop the onions and put them in. Add minced garlic, green onions, green peppers, and ginger.
Make the sauce with brewed soy sauce and oyster sauce, add sugar for sweetness, and sprinkle a little pepper. Add starch powder to give each other persistence.
STEP 3/10
The dough that has been mixed and kneaded is complete. I let it ripen in the refrigerator for about an hour.
STEP 4/10
Match the shape with both hands in a disc shape the size of the morning bread. Cover it with a plastic bag and put it on top of it's one more time!!! I'll put it up. Put it in the freezer like this.
STEP 5/10
Cut the morning bread in half. Slice the tomatoes and prepare them. The cheese in the tteok-galbi burger is the 3rd layer cheese.
Bake the bread while pressing it without oil.
STEP 6/10
With an air fryer, put the patty on top without cheese and bake it. Turn it upside down and bake it again, and as the last step, put the 3rd layer cheese on top. As long as the cheese melts well, it's done.
STEP 7/10
Place grilled Tteokgalbi burger patty with 3rd layer cheese on top of baked morning bread and spread the sauce. I'll have Whole Grain Mustard Sauce
I made it by mixing Fontana Lemon Alliolid Lessing.
STEP 8/10
On top of that, put sliced tomatoes and sliced angpa. I kept the onions in cold water. Put the salad vegetables at home on top.
STEP 9/10
Since I eat it at home, I poke it with a toothpick to make it easier to cut it.
STEP 10/10
It's a tteok-galbi burger that will work locally. Tteokgalbi Burger is complete with the savory and rich taste of the 3rd floor cheese plus the savory taste of the egg!
