Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Shred cabbage and onions thickly, shred red and green peppers thinly, and slice green onions long and sideways.
STEP 2/6
Stir-fry frozen beef brisket on a concave pot. (Medium heat)
STEP 3/6
While the meat is cooked, mix all the seasoning to make the sauce.
STEP 4/6
When the meat is 80% cooked, add the sauce and stir-fry it over high heat.
STEP 5/6
When the meat is 100% cooked and the seasoning is cut well, stir-fry all the prepared vegetables.
STEP 6/6
All vegetables are drained little by little, and when they are out of breath, turn off the heat and put them in a bowl to complete them.
Bulgogi becomes soft only when marinated, but be careful when stir-frying unboiled meat in the seasoning because it can become tough if you stir-fry it over low heat for too long.

    It's delicious!! I searched for beef brisket recipe, but it was hard to make a side dish because it was all steamed, but this recipe is perfect for rice. Thank you for the recipe^^

    It's delicious We don't have cabbages. Instead, we only put cabbage, spicy peppers, and green onions 1 spoonful of sugar for seasoning! Other than that, it's the same. It's moderately salty, so I like the recipe :) It tastes better when you dip it in the broth I highly recommend it to those who like soy sauce. I don't have any reviews though :)
