Dongchimi and watermelon naengmyeon for naengmyeon
I made a soup of dongchimi with watermelon in season and made watermelon naengmyeon. It's a fruit, so it's fresh and not spicy, so I think children or the elderly will eat it well.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Peel the radishes and cut them into 0.5cm thick pieces.
STEP 2/7
Add chopped salt, sugar, yogurt, vinegar and plum extract and marinate for 20 minutes.
Yogurt helps you mature.
If there is salted water, don't throw it away and make dongchimi together.
STEP 3/7
Mix 2L of sliced garlic and water with pickled radish to complete dongchimi.
There's nothing else to add.
Add more vinegar depending on your preference.

Cut the gourd into cubes and spread the seeds.
STEP 5/7
Add watermelon and dongchimi broth and grind them in a blender.

Boil the cold noodles for about 3 minutes and rinse them in cold water.
STEP 7/7
Put cold noodles, ground watermelon soup, boiled eggs, and shredded cucumbers in a bowl to complete the watermelon cold noodles.
It's easy, right?
It's good to add spicy kimchi soup. If it's hard to make dongchimi, you can add dongchimi soup on the market. Make chewy yet refreshing watermelon cold noodles.
