Spring roll, spring roll, Vietnamese spring roll with crunchy vegetables A few would be great for a light meal. If you add vegetables, it'll be disappointing as if you didn't eat enough, so if you simply remove the oil from the tuna can A light diet would be great. I put in sauce and mixed tuna for the taste and rolled it up, but I keep getting used to it, not just a few.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
Prepare 1/2 yellow paprika and 1/2 red paprika to remove the seeds and chop short, not too long.
STEP 2/9
Prepare 10 perilla leaves, cut off the tip, fold them in half, and shred them finely.
STEP 3/9
Sieve 200g of tuna can to remove the oil and squeeze as much oil as possible by hand.

Place in a bowl and finely chop 1/4 onions and 12 cucumber pickles.
STEP 5/9
Add 2+1/2 tablespoons of mayonnaise, 1 teaspoon of raw wasabi, and 1 pinch of salt and mix well.

Put the rice box in the hot water and make it soft.
STEP 7/9
Mix the chopped vegetables evenly in the middle of the rice bowl.

Put a tablespoon of tuna on top, fold the green line first, and then fold the yellow line on both sides.

Roll it up.
Put a small amount of rice in water and wet it just enough to make it feel hard. If the rice box is too soft, it tears easily.
