  • Vinegar

  • Water

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/3
Chop the radishes and sprinkle with salt.
STEP 2/3
Pour seasoning (water 2 + sugar 3 + vinegar 5) over radish.
STEP 3/3
Put it in an airtight container and leave it at room temperature for half a day and store it in the refrigerator.
If you take it out from the next day, not the day, you can enjoy it more.
Don't cut the radish too big. The seasoning may not be enough.
