[Cancer prevention recipe] Tomato braised spicy chicken
It's a low-salt chicken soup with tomatoes instead of water. I put in broccoli to lower calories and remove chicken skin to reduce oil intake. It's not as irritating as the cancer prevention recipe. The harmony of tomatoes and red pepper paste is good and not awkward. Make sure to make it using seasonal tomatoes.

Material preparation
STEP 3/14
- Peel the chicken and wash it in water one by one
STEP 4/14
Tip. Remove internal organs from blood clots and ribs when cleaning. That way, it doesn't smell bad.
STEP 5/14
- Blanching chicken in boiling water to remove impurities and foul smell
(If you add bay leaf or soju when blanching, skip it!)
STEP 6/14
- If impurities rise in the stomach while boiling, wash it again in water
STEP 7/14
- Mixing the sauce
STEP 8/14
- Grinding tomatoes on a plate
STEP 9/14
Tip. If it's troublesome, chop it finely with a knife.
STEP 10/14
- a slice of broccoli
- Slice green onions and peppers diagonally
- Cut the onion in half and cut it into quarters
STEP 11/14
- Cut potatoes into 8 pieces or 4 pieces if they're 8 pieces or 4 pieces
STEP 12/14
- Put chicken, potato, sauce, tomato in a pot, cover it with a lid, over high heat
- When it boils, simmer over medium heat until potatoes are 70% cooked
STEP 13/14
- Add the rest of the ingredients and boil until the potatoes are cooked
Tip. If you think you need too much seasoning, add 1 tablespoon of soy sauce.
STEP 14/14
- If you boil the potatoes until they're all cooked, the tomato braised spicy chicken is done!
- I used two onions because they are small. - If you run out of water while proceeding, don't panic and add more water. - If you suddenly change to a low-salt food, it might be difficult, so I'll tell you the regular sauce. You can make it low-salt and then add a regular sauce. Common Seasoning: 2 tablespoons of red pepper paste, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of red pepper powder, 1 tablespoon of plum syrup, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1 tablespoon of minced garlic, a little pepper powder
