- Peel the chicken and wash it in water one by one

Tip. Remove internal organs from blood clots and ribs when cleaning. That way, it doesn't smell bad.

- Blanching chicken in boiling water to remove impurities and foul smell
(If you add bay leaf or soju when blanching, skip it!)

Tip. If it's troublesome, chop it finely with a knife.

- Slice green onions and peppers diagonally
- Cut the onion in half and cut it into quarters

- Cut potatoes into 8 pieces or 4 pieces if they're 8 pieces or 4 pieces

- Put chicken, potato, sauce, tomato in a pot, cover it with a lid, over high heat
- When it boils, simmer over medium heat until potatoes are 70% cooked

- Add the rest of the ingredients and boil until the potatoes are cooked
Tip. If you think you need too much seasoning, add 1 tablespoon of soy sauce.

- If you boil the potatoes until they're all cooked, the tomato braised spicy chicken is done!
- I used two onions because they are small.
- If you run out of water while proceeding, don't panic and add more water.
- If you suddenly change to a low-salt food, it might be difficult, so I'll tell you the regular sauce. You can make it low-salt and then add a regular sauce.
Common Seasoning: 2 tablespoons of red pepper paste, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of red pepper powder, 1 tablespoon of plum syrup, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1 tablespoon of minced garlic, a little pepper powder
