  • Paprika

  • red cabbage

  • Sesame leaf

  • Radish sprouts

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Chop red cabbage and paprika.
STEP 2/5
Blanch smoked duck in boiling water.
STEP 3/5
Blanch chives slightly in boiling water, rinse them with cold water, remove moisture, and prepare radish sprouts and perilla leaves.
STEP 4/5
Place blanched chives under the gel, perilla leaves on top of radish wraps, and top with duck meat and vegetables.
I cut the big duck little by little and put it on top.
STEP 5/5
Wrap it with radish wraps and tie it with chives to complete the final step!
When I ate it, I dipped it in mustard sauce.
