Cooking Steps

1. Grease a heated pan with cooking oil and stir-fry chopped green onions and garlic ginger to make it fragrant.

Add chili powder and stir-fry it. Instant ramen is a little greasy, so I used lean pork with less oil.

4. When the soup boils, add noodles, and instant noodles are fried in oil, so it's good to use after blanching them in boiling water.
