Making delicious dakgalbi
I really like Baek's recipe, so I made it again :) Following the sweet and sour chicken last time, there's also spicy stir-fried chicken!! Let's make it delicious!

Ingredients
  • Chicken meat
    700g
  • Potato

  • onion
    1ea
  • Cabbage
    1/2ea
  • leek
    2ea
  • Sesame leaf
    2handful
  • Sugar

  • Soy sauce

  • red pepper paste
    3T
  • cooking wine
    3T
  • crushed garlic
    3T
  • ground pepper

  • Sesame oil

  • Thick red pepper powder

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
First, put all the ingredients for spicy stir-fried chicken and mix them well.
STEP 2/8
Please cut all the vegetables and prepare them.
STEP 3/8
Wash the chicken meat clean and rub it in the seasoning you made.
It's okay to start right away without putting it to sleep.
STEP 4/8
Cook chicken in a wide frying pan.
You can add water when you feel like it's going to burn because of the seasoning.
STEP 5/8
When the meat is cooked to a certain extent, add the prepared vegetables.
Add onion, green onion, white part, cabbage and heal.
STEP 6/8
Stir-fry it well and cut the meat into bite-size pieces.
STEP 7/8
When the meat is fully cooked and the vegetable breath is reduced to some extent, add perilla leaves and green onions and complete.
STEP 8/8
Dakgalbi is done!!!
It's really delicious with a bowl of hot rice :)
