Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
First, buy whole pork belly without skin, and soak it in water for an hour to remove blood.
STEP 2/4
While the blood is drained, prepare water for boiled bossam in a large pot according to the weight of the stomach seasoning.
When the water boils, add the prepared meat and boil it over high heat for 40 minutes.
STEP 3/4
At 40 minutes, turn off the heat, heat the lid, and let it steam for 20 minutes.
After 20 minutes, take out the meat and cut it into bite-size pieces.
STEP 4/4
Place ssamjang, cabbage, and white kimchi in a suitable bowl and complete.
If you add the meat and boil it for too long, it becomes dry, so boil it over high heat for 40 minutes, turn off the heat and let it simmer for 20 minutes.
