Making dumpling soup without broth
When I don't have beef bone broth and I don't want to make broth, I made a simple soup

Ingredients
  • dumpling
    10ea
  • leek
    1ea
  • Eggs
    2ea
  • Salt
  • ground pepper
  • Water
  • Soy sauce
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Beat 2 eggs into a bowl to make egg garnish and cut seaweed
STEP 2/5
When the water boils, add dumplings, salt, pepper and soy sauce and bring to a boil
STEP 3/5
When the dumplings are cooked gently, break them in half and simmer until they are fully cooked
STEP 4/5
When the dumplings are fully cooked, add green onions and finish
STEP 5/5
Put the egg garnish and seaweed in a bowl and it's done!!
The weather is so hot, but I like it because I can have a simple meal If you add rice cake, it's rice cake soup. If you add rice, it becomes dumpling soup. It's perfect if you add a spoonful of rice and eat it with well-cooked kimchi I don't need to say anything
