Cheese kimchi rice
While watching "Kang's Kitchen 2", I thought about adding 3 layer cheese to P.O. kimchi rice, so I made it!

Stir-fry chopped pork belly in a pan. (Pork belly has fat, so don't put oil on it separately.)

Add green kimchi and stir-fry together.

Place a spoonful of sugar and a spoonful of soy sauce on the edge of the pan.

Put the stir-fried ingredients into a bowl, add rice, and mix well.

Spread the bobbin rice thinly in a lightly greased pan.

Place 2 slices of 3 layer cheese on top of rice, cover and wait 1 minute.
