Cheese kimchi rice
While watching "Kang's Kitchen 2", I thought about adding 3 layer cheese to P.O. kimchi rice, so I made it!

  • Pork belly meat

  • Kimchi
  • Sugar

  • Soy sauce
    1spoon
  • instant rice

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Stir-fry chopped pork belly in a pan. (Pork belly has fat, so don't put oil on it separately.)
STEP 2/7
Add green kimchi and stir-fry together.
STEP 3/7
Place a spoonful of sugar and a spoonful of soy sauce on the edge of the pan.
STEP 4/7
Put the stir-fried ingredients into a bowl, add rice, and mix well.
STEP 5/7
Spread the bobbin rice thinly in a lightly greased pan.
STEP 6/7
Place 2 slices of 3 layer cheese on top of rice, cover and wait 1 minute.
STEP 7/7
When transferring to a bowl, fold it in half and let the cheese hide in the rice. If you eat it with seaweed, the best cheese kimchi rice is done!
