Chop the onions, potatoes, and carrots.

In a bowl, beat the eggs, adding the egg water seasoning.

Grease the pan and stir-fry the vegetables over medium heat for about 3 minutes, then add the minced meat and sprinkle with a little salt and pepper until the meat is cooked.

Add water and remove the foam when it starts to boil.

Add curry little by little over low heat and simmer for 5 minutes or so until thickened.

Grease a pan with a little oil, add egg water over medium-low heat, and gently make omelets with soft-boiled eggs.

Place rice in the middle of a plate, gently top with a cooked egg and add curry.
