Cut the paper foil into a mold and put it in. (See the video for how to see how to cut it!)

Put 70g of butter, 80g of dark chocolate, 45g of sugar, and 20g of whipped cream in a bowl and melt them completely over hot water.

When it's all melted, add 1 egg (55g) and mix.

Sift 5g of cocoa powder and 5g of soft flour and mix them in 2.

Transfer to a narrow bowl and grind with a bar mixer to make it smooth.

Pour it into a mold.

Melt 70g of butter, 130g of white chocolate, and 30g of whipped cream in hot water.

Place 2 eggs in another bowl and stir warm over medium hot water.

Put the heated egg into the dough of 5 twice and emulsify it in a circle that gradually spreads from the center to the edge.

Sift 15g of green tea powder and 5g of soft flour and mix them in the dough.

Carefully pour the finished green tea terrine dough over the chocolate dough.

Bake for 1 hour in a preheated oven at 150 degrees Celsius and cool.

Place in refrigerator for more than 5 hours to cool enough. Wrap the mold with a warm wet towel or tan with a torch to remove the terrine.

Peel the paper foil and slice it and eat it deliciously.
