I ate half of acorn jelly yesterday. And today, I ate acorn jelly with the remaining half. I was in a hurry when I made it yesterday, so I don't have any pictures for posting. Today, I finished it by taking pictures leisurely.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
I cut it into wavy shapes with an ink knife.
STEP 2/6
I made the sauce by adding 2T of red pepper powder, 2T of soy sauce, 0.5T of ground garlic, 1T of oligosaccharide, 1T of plum juice, 1T of perilla oil, and 1T of sesame seeds.
STEP 3/6
Tear 2 lettuce leaves and 2 perilla leaves by hand and put them in a bowl
STEP 4/6
Slice the carrots, cucumbers, and onions and mix the vegetables before adding the sauce.
STEP 5/6
Add all the sauce and mix slightly with the vegetables. Since the muk is weak, I put the sauce on the vegetables first.
