STEP 1/8
First, stir-fry chili oil, rat poop pepper, green onion, minced garlic, minced ginger in a pan.

Add frozen vegetables and stir-fry them together. The vegetables in it contain brocholine, yellow carrots, orange carrots, green beans, peas, etc.

Stir-fry it so that it is covered with red pepper oil. I haven't put in the cut squid yet.

If the vegetables are out of breath, you can stir-fry the cut squid and XO sauce.

Finally, add the cut squid and add a lot of XO sauce. Stir-fry to mix well together.

Since it's a bowl of rice, I added the broth because there needs to be a thick soup. Seafood broth is good, too. Natural seasoning broth is also good. Or you can just pour water and add chicken stock. Boil it over high heat.

Lastly, add pepper and add starch water little by little to adjust the thickening concentration. And you can turn off the heat and drop one or two drops of sesame oil.
STEP 8/8
Place the rice on a plate and add plenty. It has a lot of squid in it, so it has a good chewing taste, and you can eat various vegetables, so it's a healthy XO sauce seafood stir-fried rice.
