Making octopus hot pot
1. Cut the octopus and vegetables
2. Add 3 pieces of kelp, 7-10 pieces of anchovies, radish, 1L of water, and boil the anchovies again
3. Add tofu, mushrooms, and 1 tablespoon of minced garlic to the broth
4. When it starts to boil, add octopus, green onion, and Cheongyang red pepper and season with 2 tablespoons of fish sauce and salt
5. You eat it deliciously. Yum yum
