STEP 1/10
I only use green leaves for green onions. It's a sheep full of one hand.
STEP 2/10
I dabbed calcium powder, an eco-friendly detergent, three times, soaked it for about three minutes, and washed it several times. You can wash it with vinegar.
STEP 3/10
Cut the green onion into 3cm pieces and remove the water one more time.
STEP 4/10
The ingredients are simple. They include 2 tablespoons of grape seed oil, 1 tablespoon of perilla oil, 2 tablespoon of soy sauce, 4 tablespoon of cooking wine, and 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds. Grape seed oil can be replaced with cooking oil or other oils.
STEP 5/10
Put 2 tablespoons of grape seed oil and 1 tablespoon of perilla oil in a pan and stir-fry green onions. When you're out of breath, push one side of the green onion.
STEP 6/10
Pour 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and 4 tablespoons of cooking wine and bring to a boil.
STEP 7/10
And mix the boiled soy sauce and cooking wine evenly with the green onions and stir-fry more. Stir-fry until the soup is gone.
STEP 8/10
Sprinkle sesame seeds and complete it.
STEP 9/10
I think there's a lot of green onions, so when I'm out of breath, I only get one plate.
STEP 10/10
Stir-fried green onion is done.
