Please prepare the ingredients

Cut the garlic stems into 0.5cm pieces

Add onions, carrots, and garlic stems and stir-fry them

Add the written amount of soy sauce, oyster sauce, and oligosaccharide and stir-fry it

Add cold rice and egg flowers that are shaped like a flower and stir-fry them
Turn off the heat and add sesame oil, sesame salt, and pepper. Garlic stem fried rice is done!!

Put the completed garlic stem fried rice in the middle

Cover the egg flower with a fire and sprinkle ketchup on the center of the flower
Pretty garlic stem egg fried rice is done
Garlic stems are rich in nutrients but they are also cheap
I often make it with side dishes such as braised, seasoned, and pickled vegetables
It's delicious even if you put it in fried rice
