As a person who really likes pollack roe I made seasoned pollack roe!! Come on Salted pollack roe is good for any dish But if you don't have rice, you lose your charm... Mix it with rice. If you get sick of it later It's good to add pasta and eggs^^

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
First, 4-5 pollack roe (about a bowl of rice)
2 cheongyang peppers and half red peppers
STEP 2/6
Cut it into bite-size pieces with a knife
STEP 3/6
Mirim 1 spoon and chopsticks
STEP 4/6
Sesame seeds
STEP 5/6
Don't add sesame oil or perilla oil to the seasoned pollack roe~
It's good to add a little bit of it every time you eat it
Side dish oil doesn't taste good when it oxidizes quickly or comes into contact with air, and it's really good to sprinkle it every time you eat it, so please refer to it
STEP 6/6
Ta-da! I just added Mirim, but it was really good
Even if you make a lot, you don't eat it. Try this when a customer comes~I'm sure it's popular. It'll look much better if you decorate it with vegetable leaves!
You can remove the shell or not
