STEP 1/8
Soak anchovies and kelp in water for about 10 minutes
Bring to a boil over medium heat and make broth.

Soak rice cake in water for about 5 minutes.

Slice chicken, fish cake, and vegetables to size.

Please make enough seasoning.
(Add pepper powder to taste)

Season chicken with seasoning (2T), minced garlic and minced ginger.

Put the oil in a sweetened pan and add the chicken
Stir-fry until the color changes slightly on both sides.
STEP 7/8
Add vegetables and stir-fry for a minute or two more,
Add rice cake, fish cake, and stock and bring to a boil over medium heat for about 5 minutes.
STEP 8/8
Add the remaining seasoning and stir until the water is thick
Stir-fry it well.
Turn off the heat and sprinkle sesame oil and sesame seeds.
I cut down on sugar so that I can eat it healthy as a side dish of rice.
