Beat in 2 eggs finely

Cut cherry tomatoes into 1/2 pieces and green pepper and onion into bite-size pieces.

Grease a preheated frying pan with olive oil, then stir-fry tomatoes, bell peppers and onions over medium heat for 7-8 minutes

Put in chicken stock and water in between. (If you put it all in, okay.)

Then add tomato puree, salt, pepper and oregano powder, cover and let stand 10 minutes over low heat.
STEP 6/7
Then, add egg water and stir it for a minute. That's it.
STEP 7/7
The finished menemen is delicious with bread or rice.
Cup = 200 cc measuring cup. T = 15cc, t = 5cc measuring spoon.
