Soak the parsley in cold water,

Chop the garlic finely.

Finely chop the parsley and drain.

Combine minced garlic, minced parsley and butter.

Spread garlic butter on baguette bread and bake in pan until golden.

Chop the onions into 5cm long x 0.2cm thick pieces.

Melt the butter in a pan and stir-fry the onions until brown.

Add white wine and stir-fry to finish.

Add fried onions and 1+1/2 to 2 cups of water to a pot and bring to a boil.

Season with salt and pepper.

Please put 200ml of soup in the bowl.

Sprinkle cheese powder on top of garlic bread to complete.
*Requirements*
1. Slice the onion evenly to 5cm in length.
2. Spread garlic butter on baguette and serve separately.
3. Submit about 200ml of soup.
