Steamed beef ribs recipe that's moist to the insides
If I were to choose one of the main dishes that I would be disappointed to eat at the hospitality table or at the holiday table, I would pick braised short ribs. In particular, steamed pork ribs are soft and delicious, but the more savory flavor and soft texture of braised beef ribs are very popular as a favorite food for both men and women of all ages. Today, I am thinking of joining you with a delicious golden recipe of braised beef ribs that removes the smell and lowers the greasiness by adding whole garlic. Shall we start now?

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/11
I'm going to use a food processor to make the sauce today. If you grind the onions yourself, the meat is softer and smells better. You can use a blender, etc., or if you don't have any, you can chop onions and use them. I'll use one onion for the sauce and cut the other into 2cm squares and prepare it for the steaming.
STEP 2/11
Cut the carrot into 2cm pieces, which are similar to onions, and I'll prepare it by trimming the edges. This helps keep the carrot in shape even if it is cooked for a long time, making it cleaner when you complete braised short ribs.
STEP 3/11
Prepare the pine mushrooms by cutting them at intervals of 0.5cm.
STEP 4/11
Now, put 1 cup of soy sauce, 4T of cooking wine, 3T of sugar, 1/2 cup of oligosaccharide, 2T of minced garlic, and 1t of pepper into 1 onion and grind it to make the sauce. It may vary depending on the product you use, so we recommend that you make the sauce and put only about half of the total amount when you use it, and add more when you lack seasoning later.
STEP 5/11
Without removing blood, I usually use it after blanching it to remove grease and impurities once. Blanch the ribs in boiling water enough to soak for about 10 minutes, then add the blanched ribs and 1.2L of water to the pot and start boiling.
STEP 6/11
Now add only half of the prepared sauce and start boiling.
STEP 7/11
You have to remove the fat and powder that comes to mind to make the dish clean.
STEP 8/11
Cook between medium and high heat for 50 minutes from now on. It's good to remove the grease in between and stir it from time to time so that it doesn't burn.
STEP 9/11
After 50 minutes, add whole garlic, carrots, onions, and dried peppers and cook over medium heat for another 20 minutes. Season at this time, and if it's still bland, add the rest of the sauce.
STEP 10/11
The meat should be soft enough by now. Just before serving, add the pine mushrooms and boil them for another 5 minutes, and put enough on a plate and sprinkle a little sesame seeds, and the golden recipe for braised beef ribs is complete.
STEP 11/11
It is a menu that you can enjoy more with sweet carrots and fresh pine mushrooms in the sauce that is soaked with moist flesh. You can eat it more neatly because it's spicy with dried peppers. Enjoy your day! :)
1) Add whole garlic to add flavor. 2) Stir occasionally as the bottom may burn after adding the sauce.
