I harvest all the waxy corn in the garden, steam it, and put it in the freezer and eat it. It's good to take out the grains of corn and put them in it, but it's bothersome to put them in the freezer, and the freezer is filled with corn. I feel stuffy every time I open the freezer door. So for a while, I think I'll eat glutinous corn as a side dish, snack, and hard-working food. Corn cheese made of glutinous corn is twice as chewy as mart canned corn, and if you put corn cheese made of sticky glutinous corn in between the breads, it has a more crispy texture. Vacation! It's good for snacks and lunch
