Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Chop the green onions
Cut the kimchi, too.
STEP 2/8
I used three small octopus.
If you don't have octopus, you can prepare seafood.
STEP 3/8
Put sesame oil in the pot
Stir-fry kimchi, red pepper powder, and minced garlic.
STEP 4/8
Next, add 700ml of broth.
If you don't have broth, you can just use water.
STEP 5/8
Then, add 2 bowls of cold rice
Boil it for 10 minutes.
Stir well so that the rice doesn't stick.
STEP 6/8
Add the octopus and wait until the octopus is cooked
Boil it a little bit.
If you boil it for too long, the octopus can become tough, so be careful.
STEP 7/8
Add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
I'm going to season it.
You can add it to suit your taste.
STEP 8/8
Lastly, add green onions and finish.
If you don't have green onions, you can use green onions!
