  • Anchovy
    50g
  • Soy sauce
    3/4small cup
  • Water
    200ml
  • Red pepper powder

  • Oligosaccharide

  • Sesame oil

  • Sesame

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/11
Cut tofu in half and cut it into 6 pieces.
STEP 2/11
Heat the pan and add sesame oil.
STEP 3/11
Bake the tofu until it's golden brown.
STEP 4/11
Prepare minced garlic, red pepper powder, green onions, thick anchovies, soy sauce, oligosaccharide, pepper powder, sesame seeds, and water.
STEP 5/11
Please put anchovies on the earthen pot.
STEP 6/11
Place golden-roasted tofu on top.
STEP 7/11
Slice the green onions thinly, please.
STEP 8/11
Add soy sauce, oligosaccharide, pepper powder, and red pepper powder and mix.
STEP 9/11
Add 200ml of water and green onion and mix.
STEP 10/11
Sprinkle the sauce evenly on the earthen pot.
STEP 11/11
Please boil down the soup to a small extent.If you sprinkle sesame seeds on it, braised tofu anchovies are complete.
*Choose and use anchovies. It doesn't taste bitter when you cook it without anchovy poop. *If you fry tofu and cook it, it doesn't break easily. *Tofu is a low-calorie food, so if you use it for dinner when you're on a diet, it's very filling and effective.
