Chives, which have the right scent to accentuate the flavor of the food, are used in various ways in cooking. Although it cannot serve as a spice, it is a commendable ingredient that doubles the harmony when used in meat dishes because of its unique subtle and pungent scent. When I make baeksuk, I put it at the end to add flavor and texture, especially in various stir-fried dishes. Especially, I like stir-fried meat because it adds a Chinese dish that I don't know why. Today, we're going to have a recipe for stir-fried pork chives, a leek dish that simply completes the seasoning with a Chinese flavor by adding a little bit of soy sauce to the red pepper paste sauce.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
First, I'll cut the chives. Especially, you have to pick up the chives well. Remove the dry or withering parts from the ends and use only the fresh parts.

Cut the bottom part of the bottom part by 1cm, cut it at intervals of 4cm, wash it in running cold water, and put it on a sieve to drain some water.
