Prepare melon and jamon.

Cut the melon in half.

Cut a half bottle of melon into quarters

*It goes well with red wine. *Seal the remaining jamon in a plastic bag and store it in the refrigerator. Fat's going to be a waste I can prevent it. *Use jamon stored in the refrigerator after slightly heating the plate before eating. You can see the fat in the cold Jamon, and you can't feel the taste of Jamon properly because it doesn't melt in your mouth.
