Seasoned sea squirt that even beginners can cook

  • scurvy
    700g
  • a thick salt
    1/2TS
  • Soybean paste
    1TS
  • leek
    1TS
  • crushed garlic
    1/2TS
  • Sesame oil
    1TS
  • Sesame

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Prepare 700g of sea squirt
STEP 2/8
Remove the tough stems
If you choose yellow or damaged rice cake leaves, please trim them
STEP 3/8
Add 1/2 tablespoon thick salt to boiling water and for 10 seconds
Blanch it slightly and soak it in cold water. Shake it 2-3 times and wash it clean
STEP 4/8
Squeeze the water out of the blanched vegetables and place them in a bowl
STEP 5/8
Add 1 tablespoon minced green onion / 1 tablespoon soybean paste / 1/2 tablespoon minced garlic / 1 tablespoon sesame
STEP 6/8
Add 1 tablespoon of sesame oil as the last seasoning
STEP 7/8
Put strength into the hands and mix the soybean paste evenly with the sea squirt
Taste and add salt/soybean paste for additionally
STEP 8/8
