Tuna Potato Stir-Fried Recipe. Self-made potato dish!
Stir-fried tuna potatoes with tuna in a fluffy potato. This is stir-fried tuna potatoes that I made in a hurry in the morning. If it was made in the evening, I think it would have been good as a side dish for drinking. It's a potato side dish with a good seasoning because it has plenty of soup.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
Preparation and cutting of ingredients
I'll prepare all the ingredients for the tuna and potato stir-fry potatoes.

Cut the potatoes into 1cm thick pieces.
Onions, green onions, 1cm apart
Cut the peppers 1cm sideways

Seasoning stir-fried potatoes
Put potatoes and onions in a pot.

5 tablespoons of soy sauce, 0.5 tablespoons of plum extract, 2 tablespoons of grape seed oil, 1 tablespoon of garlic
Pour 600ml of water.

Cooking potatoes
When it boils on high heat, put it on medium heat and boil it for about 10 minutes

Boil tuna, green onion, and hot pepper
When the potatoes are cooked, add tuna

Add green onion and cheongyang red pepper and boil it down for another 5 minutes.
I also put all the soup in the tuna can.

If you don't like tuna can, pour it out and put it in.
I put everything in so that the seasoning tastes good.

When the potatoes are fully cooked, turn off the heat of stir-fried tuna potatoes.
