STEP 1/9
Pork is prepared for sirloin japchae and seasoned with rice wine, soy sauce, and pepper.
STEP 2/9
Add 1T of starch to the seasoned pork. (Put oil in a pan to prevent the sauce from splashing and the meat is glossy when stir-fried.)
STEP 3/9
Slice the onions thinly, please.
STEP 4/9
Shred the paprika into thin slices.
STEP 5/9
Shred the half-jola seeds and shred them finely and divide them into two pieces.
STEP 6/9
Stir-fry seasoned meat in a heated frying pan. You have to stir-fry it on high heat to get rid of the smell.
STEP 7/9
When the pork is stir-fried, stir-fry onions, bell peppers, sugar, and oyster sauce.
It smells so good when you stir-fry it with oyster sauce.
STEP 8/9
Place the spring roll skin in the direction of the rhombus, put the pepper japchae on it, and wrap it as if it is wrapped so that the ingredients do not fall out.
(Wrap the ingredients well so that they don't fall out.)
STEP 9/9
Put it in an air fryer and turn it upside down at 200 degrees for 20 minutes and bake it for 15 minutes.
It's so good when you dip it in chili sauce.
It's fried so well even without oil.
You can add all the ingredients you want for the filling, but after making the pepper japchae, it became a really delicious fried spring roll that is not spicy and greasy.
The skin is crispy enough to be used as an air fryer
I don't need to oil it.
