While looking for light cookies, I made Norbert and Noraegg cookies, which are so much better than I thought!! It's kind of hard I like the crunchy texture, so I enjoyed it. If you prefer soft cookies or if your teeth are weak, you might not like it.

  • whole wheat flour
    240g
  • Baking powder
    1/2TS
  • baking soda
    1/2ts
  • Salt

  • coconut oil

  • Sugar

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Sift whole wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt in advance.
STEP 2/8
Place coconut oil (soft solid) and sugar in a bowl and whisk quickly with a whisk.
STEP 3/8
Stir quickly for more than 1 minute to blend in whiteness. Add water and stir quickly.
STEP 4/8
Add 1 sifted powder and knead.
STEP 5/8
Put the dough in a vinyl, rest in the refrigerator for 1 hour, take it out, and leave it at room temperature for 30 minutes.
STEP 6/8
Use a rolling pin to press it into a mold.
STEP 7/8
Panning on silicone paper or parchment paper. It's prettier if you make a hole using chopsticks.
STEP 8/8
Bake in a 170-degree preheated oven until the color is slightly golden for 12 to 15 minutes.
It's hard to push the dough because it breaks easily, so you can push it gently with a rolling pin. Please refer to the video!
