Cut the cabbage into the leaves except for the wick,
Slice carrots flat and bacon large.
STEP 2/11
Add 0.3 tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp oyster sauce, 3 tbsp water, and a little pepper and stir well.
STEP 3/11
Boil the ramen noodles in boiling water first.
In the case of ramen, boil it as if you're cooking about 70%.
STEP 4/11
And on the other side, I'd like a half-cooked egg, too.
STEP 5/11
Stir-fry carrots and bacon first in an ungreased dry pan.
STEP 6/11
When the oil is drained from the bacon and cooked to a certain extent, add cabbage and stir-fry it again.
STEP 7/11
When the noodles are cooked, add the noodles to the stir-fried vegetables,
STEP 8/11
Add seasoning and stir-fry quickly over high heat so that the liver can be cut.
Put a half-cooked egg fry on the completed stir-fried ramen and it's done :)
STEP 9/11
It's salty and full of crunchy vegetables!
Although it's called ramen, it's a way to make stir-fried ramen that's good to enjoy a bowl of plenty and have a full stomach :)
STEP 10/11
If you pop the yolk and mix it together, the unique savory taste is very big. :D
STEP 11/11
If you want to eat a special ramen, try it at least once :)
Instead of chives, you can garnish with green laver or katsuobushi :)
